He hates ice, driving on ice, driving if it is icy, driving near ice, driving with ice in a cup, ice cream trucks, zambonis....
I've heard about it all day long.
He has three contigency plans:
1. Stock-pile some sandwiches for dinner, and maybe spending the night - this is seriously an option he is considering.
2. Get a nearby hotel room. He's been looking online for something close. Again - he is serious.
3. He just left to talk to our manager to see if he can leave now. He hopes to make it home before it ices.
CM: "but the weather channel says its 31 degrees, so doesn't that mean that its already frozen? Do you know of any websites that show which roads are frozen? If its raining will the rain warm up the ground so that it doesn't freeze? How can you tell if the roads are icy near my house?"
On and on and on.....
